Today the Hall of Fame Selection Committee met to discuss and vote on the eligible nominees for the 2026 Hall of Fame Election. The UKC is proud to announce our latest Hall of Fame electees.
In the Person's category, congratulations to Mr. Clinton "Joe" Bush, with a 50-year history as not only a premier scout on the open all-age circuit but also for his important contributions in assisting in the training and development of some of the sport's most legendary performing dogs.
For Dogs, owners Mr. Tom Jackson and Mr. George Hickox's Chelsea's Thunder Bolt's exceptional career stands out in ways no other dog in the field trial sport has accomplished. Consistently performing over a long career resulted in an extraordinary 3x Open Shooting Dog Invitational Championship as part of an incredible 23x Open Shooting Dog Championship wins. His impressive career earned him the Purina Top Shooting Dog of the Year awards on four occasions. As a sire, his production record continues to grow, having already sired many current champions.
Congratulations again to the newest members of the UKC/American Field Trial Hall of Fame for 2026.
