Special thanks go out to our judges Rich and Ricky Hollister who judged all the Horseback stakes under very poor weather conditions. Sleet, snow and rain attributed to the inclement weather which caused a 5-hour delay in the starting time and forced cancellation of several drawn stakes. The club appreciates all those who either conducted the drawing, planted birds, marshaled or judged the U. S. Complete portion of the trial as well. Those who volunteered their time were Bill Branham, Tom Venececk, William Darr and Connie Husinka.

Several Woodcock were pointed on course 1 which is predominately used for Horseback events including the Michigan Shooting Dog Championship which will running here next spring.
region 13 Amateur Shooting dog is scheduled for the fall along with other breed specific Championships and Classics. Hopefully we will be granted the National Amateur Pheasant Championship sometime in the near future.
